Build With Goofy provides bespoke digital engineering services, including Shopify store development, Liquid theme customization, GoHighLevel CRM workflows, Meta advertising campaign setup, and automation pipelines.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for a custom client engagement, all bespoke store code, funnel assets, and design deliverables become the exclusive intellectual property of the respective client. Build With Goofy retains the right to display non-confidential project snapshots within its professional portfolio.
3. Educational Calculators & Tools
The interactive calculators, tools, and educational guides provided on buildwithgoofy.com/tools are provided for general informational and estimation purposes. While engineered for precision, results are estimates and should be independently validated.
4. Limitation of Liability
Build With Goofy and its founder, Muhammad Bilal Shakeel, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform updates (such as Shopify API changes, Meta Ad policy updates, or GoHighLevel system downtimes).
